Shipment of Packages and Exhibit Materials
Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa sales office. Receiving, handling and shipping charges may apply. No COD packages will be accepted. The hotel should not receive any materials more than seven (7) days before the conference date.
