General Conference Information

 

 

Early attendee registration is $450 (US currency). Payment must accompany registration and be received by midnight on Friday, August 12, 2011. After August 12, 2011, the attendee registration fee will increase to $550 (US currency).  The early registration date will be strictly enforced.

 

Conference Registration Includes:

 

  • Admission to 2½ day EH&S professional development program

  • Breakfast each morning

  • Lunch for the first 2 days of the conference

  • Refreshments at the morning and afternoon breaks

  • Welcome reception at the Portland Regency Hotel and Spa on the evening of Tuesday, September 27, 2011

  • Cruise on Portland’s Casco Bay aboard the Casablanca followed by a group dinner or lobster bake at a local Portland restaurant on Wednesday, September 28, 2011

 

Conference Check-In

A conference check-in desk will be open from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, September 26, 2011 in the lobby of the Portland Regency. On September 27, 2011, the conference check-in desk will be open at 7:00 am.

 

Conference Capacity

Maximum conference seating at the Portland Regency is approximately 125, so be sure to book early. Maximum capacity on the boat tour is 149. Registration for the conference and events will be managed on a first come first served basis.

 

Attire

Attite is business casual for all conference activities. Conference attendees will be provided an EHSCP conference badge at check-in. Please wear this badge to identify yourself at all conference events.

Professional Certification

Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Panel (CSP) have been applied for and are historically granted. This year we will also apply for Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) credits.
