By Air
The airports at Portland, Maine, Boston, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire serve the Portland, Maine area. The best option is to fly into the Portland International Jetport which is located just three miles from downtown Portland. Air Canada, AirTran, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, United and U.S. Airways provide service into Portland.

Boston’s Logan International Airport and Manchester’s Manchester-Boston Regional Airport offer other additional air travel options within reasonable proximity. Logan airport is approximately one hundred miles south of Portland and approximately a two hour drive. Manchester airport is just over ninety miles away and about a 1½ hour drive.
By Car
Portland is located in the southern part of the state of Maine, situated only one hour north from the border of Maine and New Hampshire. Hotel Parking is valet parking only. The parking rate is $12 per day(neighboring garages may be more expensive).
South (Logan Airport): To get to the hotel from the south, take interstate 95 northbound into Maine until exit 44. Then take interstate 295 northbound to exit 7 which brings you to the Franklin Arterial. Follow the Franklin Arterial for approximately one mile. Turn right onto Fore Street and right onto Market Street. The Portland Regency is on the right.
North: From the north, follow interstate 95 northbound to exit 7 which takes you to the Franklin Arterial. Follow the Franklin Arterial for approximately one mile. Turn right onto Fore Street and right onto Market Street. The Portland Regency is on the right.
Manchester, NH Airport: From the airport, follow signs to New Hampshire Route 101 eastbound towards Seacoast/Portsmouth, NH which merges briefly into interstate 93 before separating eastbound once again. Travel just over thirty miles to interstate 95 northbound. Follow the above directions from the south.
By Train
The Amtrak Downeaster operates five daily round trips between Portland and Boston’s North Station. The Downeaster offers you a comfortable, stress free ride getting you from Boston to Portland here in 2 1/2 hours.
