Networking Opportunities

For people arriving a little early, an optional golf networking outing is planned for Monday afternoon.  All skill levels are welcome and prizes will be awarded.  Please sign up early as this event has become increasingly popular. Green fees will be $40 per person and include a cart.  Club rentals will be $25 per set and will be available at the course. Additional details are provided on page 11. We guarantee you will have a winning experience!

A welcome reception is scheduled for Tuesday evening at the Portland Regency Hotel and Spa for you and a guest. Appetizers and drinks will be provided. The reception will be an excellent opportunity to renew existing professional contacts and make new ones.

The Wednesday evening event is a conference tradition and one everyone looks forward to attending. This year, we will be taking a sunset cruise aboard the Casablanca, an 85-foot two-deck harbor cruiser for a seaside view of the

Casco Bay islands, lighthouses and the evening wharf front. Appetizers and refreshments will be served from the ship’s galley. The Casablanca departs at 5:30 pm from the Custom House Wharf, just a few blocks from the conference hotel. The boat tour will be followed by a group dinner or lobster bake at one of Portland’s fine dining establishments.

The Casablanca has two fully enclosed decks in the event that the early fall weather is less than cooperative.  Be sure to bring a jacket.
