• Register early to ensure a room at the conference hotel.
• Check-in is after 3:00pm the date off arrival.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Book all reservations with the Warwick Denver Hotel yourself by calling the hotel directly; (303) 861-2000 or toll free for US and Canada 24 hrs a day (1-800-525-2888). When making reservations, guests should identify themselves as part of the ITSC Conference or International Telecommunications Safety Conference and have a credit card ready to guarantee the reservation. The Warwick Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

Important Note: If you are required to make reservations through your company’s corporate travel program, be sure to contact the Warwick Denver Hotel as well to insure you receive the discounted rate for the ITSC.  Final payment is due at checkout. 

Cancellation of reservations must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid individual charges. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows if the hotel has not been notified 24 hrs in advance.  

Hotel Parking is valet parking only and the NTSP has a negotiated $10 per day daily and $18 over night for Valet parking with in and out privileges.

Please note that a car in not a necessity due to the hotel’s location to the 16th Street Mall, the free Mall Ride, and dozens of restaurants (from casual to fine dining) all within walking distance.
