Tuesday, September 15th

A reception is scheduled for Tuesday evening at The Embassy Suites Hotel for you and any guest accompanying you. This is a great opportunity to renew existing professional contacts and make some new ones.

Wednesday, September 16th

The Wednesday evening event is a tradition from year to year and one everyone looks forward to attending. This year, our first stop of the evening is an outdoor dinner at a Fort Worth tradition since 1935, Joe T Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant.  You will not want to miss the wonderful food and atmosphere of Joe T’s.  Our next stop is another Fort Worth Tradition, Billy Bob’s Honky Tonk where we will have dessert and Wild West entertainment. You might even be able to practice the two-step or line dancing.

Dinner at Joe T Garcia’s Restaurant

How can you visit Fort Worth and not be a part of one of the area’s most authentic Mexican traditions, a night of amazing Mexican Food in a perfect atmosphere?  Joe T. Garcia’s is one of the most popular restaurants in the Dallas-Forth Worth area.  Established on July 4, 1935, Joe T’s (the local name for this landmark restaurant) has grown and now provides indoor and outdoor seating and some of the best authentic food in the area.

Entertainment at Billy Bob’s Texas

A Fort Worth landmark since 1980, Billy Bob's Texas is the world's largest honky-tonk. This place is huge (three acres!), with its own indoor rodeo arena for professional bull riding, a Texas-size dance floor, dozens of bar stations, plus restaurants, arcade games, a Wall of Fame with celebrity handprints, and a general store. It is also an amazing 8-time winner of country music’s ―Club of the Year.‖ Be sure to check the concert schedule on the Billy Bob’s Web site – your favorite performer just might be in town!
